Process Steps 1. Grievance registered 2. Within one working day, acknowledgement of receipt of grievance shall be sent 3. Within two working days, someone senior will call or email asking for more details if required. 4. Within three working days a resolution will be provided. 5. Follow-up on the same will be done within 5 working days |
